Cancellation Policy

Booking Policies Please review the following policies before booking. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. 1. Booking & Payment Inquiries and quotes do not reserve a date. A booking is confirmed once the required non-refundable retainer is received and confirmation is provided. Remaining balances are due by the stated deadline. Unpaid balances may result in cancellation and release of the date. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations after the final payment deadline may be subject to additional fees. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested as soon as possible. Additional fees may apply. 3. Hotel Room & Access Clients are responsible for booking and paying for their hotel room and ensuring approved access for our team at the scheduled setup time. We are not responsible for delays caused by hotel restrictions, unavailable rooms, check-in delays, or access issues. Waiting or rush fees may apply. 4. Hotel Policies Clients must confirm that their hotel permits outside decorators and requested décor, including balloons, candles, and rose petals. Décor may be adjusted or removed if required by the hotel. 5. Décor & Custom Requests Colors, balloons, flowers, fabrics, and other décor may vary slightly due to availability, lighting, and room layout. We will maintain the overall style and quality of the selected design. Custom or specialty items may require additional payment and may be non-refundable. They are not confirmed until included in the final quote. 6. Room Changes Notify us immediately if the hotel changes your room. Additional setup, travel, or reconfiguration fees may apply. 7. Damages & Cleanup Clients are responsible for damage caused by themselves or their guests to our décor, props, or rental items. Décor must not be moved or altered. Clients must follow hotel cleanup requirements. 8. Photography With permission, completed setups may be photographed for our website, social media, portfolio, or promotional materials. Please notify us before booking if you do not wish to participate. 9. Unforeseen Circumstances Weather, emergencies, hotel closures, vendor delays, or unavailable products may require adjustments. Unavailable items may be replaced with comparable items of equal or greater value. 10. Final Agreement By submitting payment, you agree to these policies
